Questions

Is Pegpix free?

Yes. Pegpix is free and needs no account. Your designs are saved in your own browser.

Which beads and pegboards does it work with?

For rectangular peg grids. Set the number of pegs and measured center-to-center spacing; the default assumes 29 × 29 at 5 mm. Bead diameter and the outside size of a board do not determine peg spacing. Check a print against your actual board.

How do I print at the right size?

Print the PDF on A4 or US Letter at 100% or “actual size” with “fit to page” turned off, then measure the 100 mm ruler. If your printer is slightly off, Pegpix calculates a correction for you.

Can I turn a photo into a bead pattern?

Yes. Choose New → Image, pick how many colors you want and Pegpix converts the picture on your own device.

Can AI assistants use Pegpix?

Yes. On https://pegpix.com in a browser with WebMCP, AI agents can read the board, draw designs, count beads and export a print-ready PDF.
